Each of the paint colours is paired with a complementary fabric making it easy to create inspiring room schemes. Superior coverage means that in colours, with the exception of the very dark ones, two coats will be sufficient. So the good news is that for the walls of the average room (30 sqm) you will only need two, 2.5 litre tins! All colours available in matt or satin. Matt - for interior walls, ceilings & furniture Malabar Paintworks Matt is a highly pigmented, extra matt water-based paint providing superior coverage on walls & ceilings. Our unique formulation allows the emulsion paint to- be diluted as a stain and still hold its colour, or be used to create an antique distress finish for furniture. Satin - for interior & exterior walls, ceilings & woodwork Malabar Paintworks Satin is a versatile, durable water based paint with a soft sheen. It is suitable for interior & exterior woodwork without the need for a primer. It can also be directly applied onto plastic, metal (copper, zinc or galvanised) or previously painted surface. PAINT & FABRIC SWATCHBOOK A selection from our range of hand-dyed plains in cottons, linens & silks are presented alongside paints in our Paint & Fabric Swatchbook which is available to order. Malabar Paintworks paints are made using traditional manufacturing processes, and therefore slight variations of colour can occur between batches & swatchcards. Whilst every effort is made to maintain colour consistency, we cannot guarantee precise colour matching against samples, swatchcards or between batches of paint. Where a colour match is important, we recommend that a paint sample pot be requested.
